🚨 | El escritor José Agustín, figura central de la contracultura mexicana, irreverente y melómano, falleció tras una larga enfermedad, así lo informó su hijo José Agustín Ramírez.

Tras su accidente en abril del 2009, cuando cayó de un escenario en el Teatro de la ciudad de Puebla provocándole una fractura de cráneo, seis costillas rotas y ocho días en terapia intensiva, el mítico y roquero escritor no volvió a ser el mismo y se refugió en Cuautla, “El Mago”, como le dicen algunos amigos, siguió mandando su voz al mundo

Con profunda tristeza lamentamos el sensible deceso del escritor, guionista de cine, traductor, dramaturgo y crítico de rock, José Agustín Ramírez Gómez, galardonado con el Premio Juan Rulfo para Primera Novela, cuyas obras son de lectura imprescindible para las jóvenes generaciones de lectores y un referente vital en la literatura contemporánea de México.

🏠✨ Exciting News for Affordable Housing in Orange County! Earlier this year, I was appointed to represent the City of Santa Ana on the Orange County Housing Finance Trust (OCHFT). As part of my work on the trust, I'm thrilled to announce that we recently approved the ADU program in partnership with CalOptima.

CalOptima has awarded the Trust a generous grant of $4 million, which will help produce 34 much-needed housing units. This grant is a significant part of CalOptima Health's commitment to enhancing affordable housing opportunities throughout the County.

As a board member, my dedication remains steadfast in expanding affordable housing options and addressing the housing needs of low-income families in Santa Ana.
