Today in our Virtual Management Development Workshop with a client, we focused on taking back CONTROL of YOUR TIME and PRIORITIZATION.

Be INTENTIONAL with your time and treat it like the commodity that it is. Once it's gone, it's gone forever!

Spend MORE TIME in Q2 activities that may NOT be URGENT but are very IMPORTANT. These items will actually move the needle when you accomplish the tasks/projects/goals!

Be Intentional and "Schedule" this time! Focus on what you deem is IMPORTANT, rather than getting Sidetracked by the URGENT fires that pop up and knock you off course, forcing you to be REACTIVE rather than PROACTIVE.

When you are Proactive and spend time in Q2 activities, you will minimize the Q1 urgent fires that pop up, because you're getting ahead of the curve!
