Median sale price is down for the first time since 2011, and it’s unlikely to go back up, so it is still the best time in the foreseeable future to sell in the Santa Barbara area, or California wide.
But that’s not the whole story. Interest rates are also down slightly from their recent peak, so it’s also a good opportunity for buyers to get a better rate for the foreseeable future.
