The lab is getting a little makeover and a little extra attention as we get ready to celebrate 50 years of Color Services.

Most days, we’re focused on projects for our customers. But every once in a while, it’s nice to care for the place that helps bring it all to life.

Thank you to our customers, artists, photographers, families, and community for keeping us busy for nearly five decades. We feel incredibly lucky to be part of so many stories, projects, and memories.

“Magical Realism: Latin American Photographers in Dialogue” now on view at

This exhibition explores how photography can blur the line between the spiritual and the everyday — where coincidence, symbolism, memory, and transformation live within ordinary moments.

Inspired by the traditions of magical realism in Latin American literature, the works invite us to see the familiar in entirely new ways.

A beautiful reminder of photography’s power to hold mystery, emotion, and imagination all at once.

On view through June 14 in the Eichheim Gallery.

All photographs: Lola Álvarez Bravo — the first Mexican female photographer and a key figure in the post-revolution Mexican renaissance.
