SWBC Announces the Creation of SWBC Lending Solutions

SAN ANTONIO, TX (October 15, 2014) – SWBC is pleased to announce that it has acquired Equi-Trax Asset Solutions LP, a nationwide collateral valuation provider. In addition, SWBC has acquired Quality Valuation Services (QVS), a nationwide appraisal management company. These two companies will be combined with SWBC’s LendingXpress organization to create SWBC Lending Solutions™.

We would like you to know that BPO submission deadlines are relaxed through the end of day Tuesday.  We are taking this step due to the increased BPO volume and website traffic.  Any orders with due dates on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday will not be marked late if submitted by end of day Tuesday.
