Who needs therapy when once a quarter you can bottle your hopes, dreams, and worries, wrap them in a box, and slap a label on them? šŸ˜‚

Seriously, bottling is the culmination of many hours spent dreaming, farming, making, designing, and yes, worrying about each wine. All that work gets wrapped up in a tidy 12x13 box, tucked away in the cellar, awaiting its chance to make a debut at a dinner party or in the tasting room.

But bottling also means making space for whatā€™s next. With these wines officially out of the cellar, weā€™re getting ready to harvest our first fruit for the 2026 Shape RosĆ© next week. One vintage heads out into the world while the next one is just getting started. Harvest waits for no one!

When we moved onto Haley Street, our dream was to create a space where people could gather, connect, and build community. Every day, weā€™re seeing that dream come to life.

Beachside Babes Market took over the space and created an interactive shopping experience for the books! Vintage curators, local artisans, handmade goods, and of course, FOOD & WINE all in one place.

Wine may be at the center of what we do, but thereā€™s always something good coming out of the kitchen too. šŸ“šŸ·

Whether itā€™s our homemade empanadas and choripĆ”n, oysters, or something new, we love bringing food into the CrossHatch experience. Our menu includes signature offerings alongside specials that change from week to week. You may even find ingredients from Imagine Family Farm making their way onto the menu.

Small bites are available every Friday through Sunday. Come hungry, order a glass, and make plans to join us this weekend to see whatā€™s on the menu!
