Carr Vineyards & Winery is a small, handcrafted winery producing 4500 cases in downtown Santa Barbara. Owner & Winemaker, Ryan Carr established the winery in 1999. All of the wines made by Carr are sourced from Santa Barbara County vineyards and are made in a traditional winemaking style to capture the essence of the grape varietal and region. 92 Points for Carr's 2023 Chardonnay

We are excited to announce that our 2023 Oak Aged Chardonnay, hailing from Sta. Rita Hills has been awarded 92 Points by the Sommeliers of The American Riviera!

This Chardonnay was slowly fermented in new French oak barrels and then aged 18 months in neutral French oak barrels giving the wine wonderfully balanced overtones of oak. Toasted caramel and honey lift from the glass on the nose, followed by a smooth, citrus finish on the palate. Stop by the tasting room and try Carr's 92 Point Chardonnay for yourself!
