Recently I got a message from a client that literally brought tears to my eyes.

One of my clients was doing this in her business. She used to turn away potential clients because she "didn't have time" When we started working together she was so disorganized it was causing overwhelm to the point she was literally saying no to money because she couldn't figure out how to manage what she already had.
