The heat is on its way out, but tropical weather may be moving in!

Today marks the last hot day of the week, with cooler temperatures arriving Friday.

🌧️ RAIN ON THE HORIZON? Tropical Storm Rachael is tracking farther north, bringing rain chances to Southern California this weekend. The heaviest rainfall is expected from LA to San Diego and the deserts, while Santa Barbara could see lighter showers Sunday into Monday, with around ¼ inch possible.

🌴 TROPICAL VIBES: Expect plenty of high clouds, tropical moisture & some beautiful sunsets.

🌊 BEACH WEATHER: Ocean temperatures hit an incredible 73.2°F today! Get down to the beach and put your toes in the water while you can.

🌅 FALL IS HERE: We’re officially under 12 hours of daylight, with later sunrises and earlier sunsets.
