What if a career in health and life sciences started on the top floor of a public school? At San Francisco Unified’s new Mission Bay School, it can.

The SFUSD Mission Bay Hub is an 11,000 SF learning space designed by WRNS Studio for SFUSD 🌁 College & Career Programs 🎓 between the UCSF and Kaiser campuses. Its life sciences lab has professional-grade furniture for student-led research.

Open study areas shift between group work, focused work, and industry visits. The Hub will serve 280+ high school students a year, plus 500 more through summer and after-school programs.

Students go out into Mission Bay for fellowships. Professionals come in to teach and mentor. Thanks to Erik Rice and Freedom Siyam for partnership.

Fenwick’s new San Francisco office answers that question across 41,500 square feet and three floors, thirty stories above the Financial District. blitz and Principal Builders partnered with One Workplace to bring it to life - an open, adaptable environment built around connection over status and designed for the way Fenwick’s people actually work.

Furnishing a century of faith for the future.

Congregation Emanu-El, the Bay Area's largest synagogue, completed a $97 million historic renovation and expansion in 2025. One Workplace furnished the full 150,820 SF campus, from classrooms and library to offices, social hall, and every gathering space in between, including custom furniture and millwork made by Pair.

Honored with the 2026 AIA California Design Award, AIA San Francisco Design Award, SEAONC Award of Excellence in Historic Renovation, and Chicago Athenaeum Green Good Design Award.
