Solar Installation Experience Highly Preferred
Valid Driver's License and clean driving record required
Knowledge & Ability to work with both hand and power tools
Accuracy in work and attention to detail
Ability to lift more than 50lbs, large objects, & fragile products
Comfortable working on ladders and rooftops
Knowledge of Solar Pool Heating & of Solar Electric products
Strong safety skills, knowledge and implementation
Positive, enthusiastic, and energetic self-directing team player
Professional appearance and demeanor & high ethical values
Passion for the "Environment" -- particularly solar is a plus
Installation Department Position/Responsibilities:

Responsible for completing project installation accurately and efficiency
Responsible for working safely at all times
Work as a Team and communicating with Project Foreman
Attending Staff Meetings and giving input to improve processes
Demonstrate exceptional customer service at jobs sites
