SEMI-THERM 2023, the 39th annual Semiconductor Measurement, Modeling and Management Symposium is poised for a banner year. On March 13-17 2023, the Doubletree Hilton in San Jose, CA will welcome back our thermal family building on the success of SEMI-THERM 38.
General Chair Marcelo del Valle, Infinera, states “After two hard years of not seeing each other in person, March 25, 2022 arrived for the much-anticipated reuniting of our thermal community in San Jose for an in-person event.
