101VOICE Business Phone Service is part of the services offered by 101 VOICE to enhance business communication.

With Cloud PBX and Cloud Telephony platforms you can take advantage of VoIP (Voice over IP) and digital Phone Systems. We utilize Cloud Telephony platform, supplied and supported by the experienced soft switch vendors and backed by Level 3, Global Crossing, 360 Networks and other major carriers. Low hardware expenses make the system very affordable to implement to the extend that we OEM our IP phones to be able to reduce cost in the supply chain. Further substantial cost savings on monthly phone bill will usually allow the customer to recoup any upfront expenses within the first 4 to 7 months of service. Thereafter, continued savings will be realized and the customer will maintain cost advantages even when the company grows and more users are added. From initial consultation to implementation and post-sale support, 101 VOICE will provide on-site assistance and training to the customer during the service relationship

Thank you to everyone who stopped by our table at Friday’s California Association of School Business Officials (CASBO) fall regional event in Santa Rosa.

It was a full day for school business teams from across the region, with sessions on protecting student data in the age of AI, sorting through the growing pile of digital tools in education, and a prize drawing that had the whole room watching the wheel.

Between sessions, plenty of you came by to try the handsets, look at the paging displays and talk through what your phones and 911 should do when a school’s internet goes down. We always learn as much from those conversations as you do.

Thanks to CASBO and Sonoma County Office of Education for hosting.

School facilities projects often need more than bonds and grants can provide. Closing that gap was one of the most practical conversations at the California Association of School Business Officials (CASBO) Central Section 2026 Fall Education Event in Visalia on Friday.

One session explored how districts can combine local resources with federal New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) financing to move projects forward while reducing the upfront cash burden. For districts stretching every facilities dollar, that's a conversation worth the drive.

The vendor fair was buzzing between sessions, and student folklórico dancers brought the event to a lively close over lunch. 💃🪇

Bryan Jimenez has been on the other end of the radio at a school shooting. More than once.

As an Oakland PD officer and Crisis Intervention Team member, he saw the same things break at campus incidents. PA announcements nobody could hear. Radio traffic jammed with too many voices. No reliable way to confirm where people were.
