Another great CASH Fall Conference!

Fonder-Salari, Inc. is proud to sponsor and attend the 2026 CASH Fall Conference in Irvine, connecting with school district leaders, industry colleagues, and partners from across California.

With valuable discussions around school construction, economic trends, funding, and policies shaping the future of school facilities, it was a great opportunity to exchange ideas, gain insights, and reconnect with familiar faces.

We're grateful to be part of a community of professionals who share our commitment to creating better learning environments for generations to come. Thank you to the CASH team and everyone who helped make this year's conference a success. We look forward to continuing the conversations!

Principal for a Day with Castaic USD!

Fonder-Salari was honored to take part in the Santa Clarita Valley Education Foundation's annual Principal for a Day fundraiser, an opportunity to spend a morning alongside the leaders who keep our local schools running.

The day began with breakfast and a state of the district address from the superintendents, followed by a behind the scenes look at what it takes to support our students and educators every day. Our own Shawn Fonder joined Superintendent Brauneisen, Assistant Superintendent Beach, Principal Rizo of Live Oak Elementary, and Principal Bowden of Castaic Elementary for the morning.

It's always meaningful to step inside the communities we build for, and to see firsthand the dedication that goes into shaping our schools. Thank you to Castaic USD and the SCV Education Foundation for a wonderful morning. We're proud to be community partners in advancing education throughout the Santa Clarita Valley.

The program includes three significant campus improvements:

• New P.E. Multi-Purpose Building (Upon Board Authorization)

Together, these projects will enhance spaces that support student life, athletics, and the arts at Oakridge High School.

We look forward to working alongside the district, project partners, and community as the program moves forward.

This past weekend, we had the opportunity to bring our employees and their loved ones together at Zachari Dunes on Mandalay Beach to celebrate Fonder-Salari, Inc. anniversary. 🎉

Our anniversary celebration has become a special tradition for us and a chance to spend time together outside of work, reflect on the past year, and look forward to what’s ahead.

Most importantly, it gives us an opportunity to thank our team for the hard work, dedication, and commitment they bring to Fonder-Salari every day, and to recognize the families who support them along the way.

We’re incredibly grateful for the people who continue to be part of our journey and proud of what we’re building together.

Here’s to another year and many more ahead!
