Last night, the Fonder-Salari team had the pleasure of attending the 𝗖𝗠𝗔𝗔 𝗦𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗻 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗮 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗿'𝘀 𝟯𝟯𝗿𝗱 𝗔𝗻𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀 𝗚𝗮𝗹𝗮, celebrating excellence in project and construction management.

Fonder-Salari, Inc. is honored to be selected for the Santa Monica-Malibu Unified School District's SAMOHI New Student Services Building, a project that will redefine a central part of the Santa Monica High School campus.

We will help deliver a 50,000+ sf, future-focused facility designed to support student creativity, wellness, and community.

The new building will feature a Black Box Theatre, Theatre Lobby and support spaces, an Art Gallery and Art Storage, six classrooms, ASB and student activity spaces, Vikes’ Inn Retail, the Campus Newspaper, the College Center, Student Outreach, Mental Health and Health & Wellness Services, and a Student Commons—along with sustainable elements such as rooftop solar.

Led by the leadership of SMMUSD's COO, Carey Upton, and the program leadership of Massetti Consulting, LLC, we’re proud to collaborate with LPA, Inc. Architects and Erickson-Hall Construction Co. as the project moves toward DSA Approval this summer. Construction is anticipated to begin during the summer 2026 and conclude in Summer 2028, with student occupancy planned for August 2028.

This award is a meaningful milestone for our team, and we’re excited to help bring this transformative project to life for the SAMOHI community.

Fonder-Salari was proud to once again support Child & Family Center’s Taste of the Town, an event that brings our community together for an incredible cause.

Beyond being one of Santa Clarita’s favorite annual events, Taste of the Town helps provide critical funding for mental health services, substance abuse treatment, and domestic violence support for children, teens, and families throughout our community.

We’re grateful to support organizations like Child & Family Center that continue to make a meaningful difference in the lives of so many.

Thank you to everyone who helped make this year’s event such a success. It was great spending time with so many community partners, friends, and supporters.

🏗️ A meaningful milestone at Beverly Hills High School
Earlier this week, Fonder-Salari celebrated the 𝗧𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗢𝘂𝘁 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗞𝗼𝗻𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗺 𝗔𝘁𝗵𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 at BHHS.

Moments like this represent more than construction progress, they reflect the collaboration, dedication, and shared vision that bring these projects to life. It’s always special to see a structure reach this stage, knowing the impact it will have on students and the community for years to come.

We’re grateful to continue our partnership with Beverly Hills USD, Swinerton (General Contractor), DLR Group (Architect), and Sandy Pringle (Inspection company), working together to create spaces that support student growth, wellness, and school pride.

Looking forward to the next phase as this facility continues to take shape.

Fonder-Salari is proud to celebrate the start of a new chapter with the groundbreaking of Oak Street Elementary School Early Education Complex Project for Inglewood USD.

This project will bring much-needed new learning spaces to campus, including:

• (10) Pre-K and TK/K classrooms, including dedicated SPED space
• New restrooms and support facilities
• Play areas with shade structures
• Synthetic turf field and upgraded outdoor spaces
• Removal of existing portable buildings

In addition to the new buildings, the project includes significant site improvements such as new paving, utilities, landscaping, and solar integration, all designed to better support students and staff in a modern, functional environment.

Delivered on an active campus and phased over approximately 11 months, this project reflects a strong commitment to creating high-quality early learning environments for the Inglewood community.

We’re honored to partner with Inglewood USD, DSK Architects, Balfour Beatty Construction, and Pringle Group in bringing this vision to life.

Last week at CASBO, the Fonder-Salari, Inc. team had a great time connecting with school business and facilities leaders from across California.

From time at our booth, to a successful rooftop mixer with industry partners, and hosting a client appreciation dinner, it was a week full of meaningful conversations and valuable connections.

Events like CASBO are always a great reminder of the collaboration it takes to plan, fund, and deliver impactful school projects. We’re grateful to be part of that community.

If we didn’t get a chance to connect during the conference, we’d still love to continue the conversation.

🏗️ Progress is underway at Inglewood High School.
Fonder-Salari is proud to provide Program Management Services for Inglewood USD’s Measure I Program, and it’s exciting to see early momentum taking shape on campus.

👉 𝗦𝘄𝗶𝗽𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗲𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁’𝘀 𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝗮𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗮𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗰𝗮𝗺𝗽𝘂𝘀 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲𝘀 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗲.

On this nearly half-acre project site, transformation is already in motion:
• 23 existing buildings are being removed
• 2 buildings will remain
• 6 new buildings will rise, totaling 149,000 square feet

This project represents the beginning of a new chapter for Inglewood High School and a meaningful investment in the surrounding community.

These improvements will help create a safer, more modern campus that supports student success, expands opportunities, and strengthens the future of Inglewood.

We’re honored to partner with Inglewood USD in bringing Measure I to life, alongside an incredible team including Group (Construction Management Staff Augmentation), Beatty (LLB Entity – General Contractor), .la_ (Architect), and , Inc. (DSA Inspection Services).

Together, we’re creating spaces that reflect the future of education in this community.
