3-building project for the same company in less than 4 weeks? Done✅

We started by scanning more than 10,000 SF across three buildings. Even though Matterport documentation was requested, we successfully completed the entire scanning process in just one day.
Each building had its own separate set of plans, while we also created a full Revit model combining all three buildings.

Having everything coordinated in one model can help the client:

- Order built-ins that are consistent across all buildings
- Calculate the total number of plumbing fixtures
- Order the correct quantity of lighting fixtures
- Get more accurate estimates for installation, wall painting, cleaning, and much more

Another interesting part of this project was meeting San Francisco’s requirements for documenting the surrounding context. We needed to capture a neighboring building on each side of the project, which meant scanning a much larger portion of the street than we initially expected😅.

The project was fast-paced, dynamic, and a lot of fun to work on.
And the best part? It was completed for a returning client. For us, there’s no better compliment than being trusted with the next project💛.

Our recent trip to Arizona was a blast! 🌵🚘

One of our long-term clients requested a commercial scanning project for a large retail space in Arizona, and we were more than happy to hit the road to support them.

Was it worth traveling for less than 2 hours on-site? Absolutely!

For us, it’s never about the amount of time spent on-site, it’s about delivering high-quality results and making the process as efficient as possible. That’s why we prefer working with SLAM scanners. They allow us to scan faster while also producing a higher-quality point cloud compared to many traditional static scanning systems.
Most importantly, when a client asks us to travel for a project, we truly see it as a compliment. Being trusted to handle a project, even with additional travel costs involved, means our clients value the quality and reliability of our work, and we never take that for granted.
