Before I review the inside of a property, I first study what surrounds it.
UP Sunken Garden ranks No. 4 among my Top 10 Philippine city locations under San He Emperor Landform Feng Shui. It scored 25 out of 32 with five complete directions, the highest complete-direction count in the Top 10.
Its strongest directions support knowledge and career, speed and growth, systems and methodology, output and quantity, and excellence and achievement.
UP Diliman has shaped generations of excellent students, public servants, business leaders, scientists, artists, and key decision-makers in the Philippines and internationally. Its landform pattern carries the same qualities: learning, disciplined thinking, growth, productivity, and excellence.
For property Feng Shui, external landform carries 70% of the property’s Feng Shui luck, while internal Feng Shui accounts for 30%. That is why I begin outside.
In the larger Cosmic Trinity, Feng Shui belongs to Earth Luck, one of the three parts of human success. Heaven Luck and Human Luck make up the other two. A powerful location gives people strong support. Their timing, choices, and action turn that support into results.
If someone you know is choosing, building, or renovating a property, send this to them. The right time to study a location is before the major commitment is made.
