If you’ve heard the phrase “make money while you sleep.” 🛌 , that came from the concept of passive income. This is the ability to generate income with very little effort on your part.

This may be the thing you didn’t know you needed! When I talk with clients about what kind of passive income ideas they could implement, I’m met with a surprised excitement.

Often times you can make money on top of something thats already selling or content that you are creating. Give passive income a try if you want to have more control over your time and energy. ⚡️

Let’s face it…you’ve gone another few months and you don’t feel any closer to having more revenue, time or impact in your business.

Keep your work-life balance in check with these business tools. 👍🏽👍🏽

Today I wanted to share a few of my favorite business tools that keep me sane and my day flowing smooth.

Of course Dubsado had to be in here for it’s ability to take on everything. Clients have the freedom to schedule their own appointments with me whenever there’s a time slot available. Forms go out automatically with all the right information filled in. Trust me on this one!

ClickUp is highly adaptive to your level and needs as a business owner. Keep all your projects in here to keep the whole team organized and up to date.

Use Voxer for faster communication between you and your clients. I love using it for the walkie talkie mode which doesn’t require any typing on my part.

I’ve saved a ton of hours by using Later to schedule social media posts both for my clients and myself. Schedule across all social media channels and plan content with minimal effort.

It was a way to build upon the skills I had but also to venture beyond that. 🏹

When I think about why I started a business, I realized it was both for me and for the ones I wanted to serve.

Personally, I saw so many perks to jumping on the entrepreneurial ship at a time when local businesses were closing left and right.

I could work whenever I was at my best most productive state whether that was 10am or 10pm.

I wouldn’t have to keep bringing in money to terrible bosses.

I could set my prices and progress much faster than a regular job. It was meant to be! 🤩

Not to mention, I saw the barrier in the online business space that was getting between owners and the time, money, and perks they valued so much. That had to change! So I used online business management to create solutions to those issues.

Today, I stand with dozens of satisfied customers to say that starting Results by Riviera was the best decision ever.

Don’t worry new entrepreneurs, it gets easier! Everyone eventually looks back and laughs at the thought that rejection meant you failed and that you should give up while you’re at it. But please, do not throw in the towel.

I want to break it to you now: as an entrepreneur, expect a hundred NOs before you get to that YES. Rejection is a natural part of this path we’ve chosen. Is it disappointing? Of course! Are we going to let that stop us? Hell no! 🙅🏽‍♀️

I used to go through zero growth periods in my business. I would sit there and sigh because I didn’t have the key elements I needed to hit all my wildest goals. Did you know you can make your own VIP Day whether you’re a coach, VA, designer, or other role?

You don’t need to sit around waiting for someone else to come up with a VIP day for the type of work you do. All you have to do is consider

1) the results your clients are dying to get ASAP
2) the amount of hours you would need to complete this service (assuming it’s streamlined)
3) what details you need to know about the client and their business before starting
4) how much you want to charge for the added convenience and value of a VIP Day

You heard right! Most of our time is focused on owning our business but today, I want you to own your brilliance! 🎇

Embrace your true qualities rather than trying to adopt someone else’s. The ways you like to do things or the way you think is valuable to others who don’t naturally think that way. Additionally, I think of this as another way to say goodbye to the inner critic that says I’m not enough. When I own my brilliance, I’m more confident and excited to show my community what I’m made of.
