I accidentally broke an outdoor faucet off of the copper pipe on the wall of the house. I was without water for most of the day. I called Duncan Plumbing and they were very accommodating to line me up with an after hours visit. J.C. showed up and was very amiable and knowledgeable. He had the pipe fixed and a new faucet attached in 45 minutes. We needed to get all the indoor faucets open to get air in the line and keep the water from existing the broken pipe so he could solder it. The job is water tight and it was a pleasant experience.The next day I received a call from their office to see if the job workout. I highly recommend Duncan Plumbing for any plumbing work needed.

Jacy is the most wonderful Plumber and I hope to have him back again! I work in commercial real estate and I’m always around different trades. I’ve never been treated so kindly or more professionally than by this employee. Jacy Was so incredibly knowledgeable and also highly qualified.My husband and I were so impressed with his level of work!!!!This is my second time using the company and this company gets 10 stars.

I had a variety of plumbing repairs needed and Romero of Duncan Plumbing assessed the repairs, ordered the parts, and spent a day successfully working through each task. I am 100% satisfied with his work. I will definitely use Duncan Plumbing again if needed. Thank you Romero and Nicole in the office!

My husband has been experiencing intestinal problems. His bathroom became soiled and his toilet unusable. We have used Duncan Plumbing in the past and they have become our failsafe plumbing company. Nick and Jose came today, saw what needed to be done (without judgment), provided me an estimate, and quietly got to work. Upon completion, Nick made recommendations on how to avoid this in the future, acknowledging that low-flow toilets are different for seniors 😳 and minor life changes can keep the plumbers away. As much as we appreciated the work Nick and Jose did for us, we'd be able to only see them infrequently. Lastly, they cleaned and sanitized the bathroom, which I had been dreading. I am very happy and relieved. Thank you Duncan Plumbing.
