I recently had to replace the galvanized pipe from the street to my house and am so happy I hired Duncan Plumbing to do the job. To Nicole and Cate in the office...thank you for being so organized and for communicating with me so diligently. To Eric, thank you for explaining the details of the job and for creating a plan that kept my driveway and yard in tact. To Chance, Zach, and Luis...you guys work really hard! I appreciate your professionalism and gold star standard of work. You all really made this big job a pleasant experience...even through jackhammering all day! I will be a loyal Duncan Plumbing customer because of the quality service you all provided.

Duncan Plumbing has helped us with many different plumbing services. They have cleaned our sewer pipes (hydrojet on kitchen branch of sewer pipe, and a snake on other parts of sewer pipe system), replaced our sewer lateral (+ installed a lining on part of sewer lateral)(photo from 2022), looked at our sewer line with a camera, replaced the sewer main pipe under our house (photo 2026), replaced our water heater, repaired the bathroom sink drain that required opening the wall in the bedroom closet, and repaired our toilet. Some of the plumbing work at our house was very expensive (sewers...!), but we are pleased with both the quality of the work and the fine people who do the work (thank you Ramiro!). The people who work in the Duncan Plumbing office are also wonderful and they always follow up on all work - they are so nice to talk with. Duncan's plumbers are a delight to have in the house working on our plumbing. I wouldn't call anyone else!

I accidentally broke an outdoor faucet off of the copper pipe on the wall of the house. I was without water for most of the day. I called Duncan Plumbing and they were very accommodating to line me up with an after hours visit. J.C. showed up and was very amiable and knowledgeable. He had the pipe fixed and a new faucet attached in 45 minutes. We needed to get all the indoor faucets open to get air in the line and keep the water from existing the broken pipe so he could solder it. The job is water tight and it was a pleasant experience. The next day I received a call from their office to see if the job workout. I highly recommend Duncan Plumbing for any plumbing work needed.
