Great trip visiting and working with MainStreet orgs across New Mexico - three towns, two states, lots of coffee.

During the trip we held a legacy planning session for business owners in Truth or Consequences, discussed a business and scenario planning project for the Cavern Theatre in Carlsbad, and kicked off a project with the Artesia Arts Council at the Ocotillo Performing Arts Center. Great work and great times!

The best part is learning about all the cool businesses in our backyard.

Day three of the NM MainStreet 2026 Winter Conference was fantastic. Pictured is the view of ABQ this morning from Arrive Hotel and US Rep Gabe Vasquez addressing the group.

Not pictured - a great opening session on becoming a certified MainStreet organization, a panel on dealing with revitalization resistance, and a panel on MainStreets and local EDOs working together. Thanks everyone. It was a great conference!!!
