Su Casa es Mi Casa

Su Casa es Mi Casa We perform weekly home care-taking/ monitoring in the Santa Fe NM area for primary homeowners when they are not in residence.

Su Casa es Mi Casa Home Monitoring Service has been in business over fourteen years in the Santa Fe New Mexico area. We provide homeowners who are not in residence professional care for their homes, visiting once a week. With each home we check the security of the property, the mechanical functionality of the boiler, the A/C, the water heater, and the refrigerator just to name of few of things on

our checklist. When problems occur, we photo document the problem, contact the owner with suggestions how to amend the situation and then assist the necessary with access to the property for the needed repairs. Beyond the standard weekly service we also offer a extensive list of concierge services: airport pickups, grocery shopping, runs to the dry cleaners, send via express delivery forgotten items, and more!

Autumn is coming! Now is the time to winterize your evaporative cooler and have your heating system checked. Su Casa can help with this by scheduling and meeting your vendors at your home, giving them access, and securing your premises after the work is completed.

With our Pueblo-style architecture, flat roofs are the norm in Santa Fe. But due to their flatness, these roofs often are slow to drain rain water via the many canales (drain spouts) that line the perimeters of homes. We are in the middle of the monsoon storms, so checking your roof for good, unblocked drainage is a smart thing to do now. While up on the roof, also check the parapets and the canales; often these are where rain water can get access into your home's interior. It is always a good policy to have your roof inspected annually by a New Mexico licensed and insured roofer of your choice.
