Some westside APs might still be experiencing an outage. We're looking into it.

The westside should be back up now. A plan is being made for a better repair during the Saturday maintenance window 10am - 2pm. Right now we've made some temporary changes since the big outage last weekend which was caused by our battery backup array system.

An outage is being investigated. Three field crew members are en route to the westside fiber connection. More info will be posted if a fix is delayed. There could be multiple issues from a power supply to overnight lightning.

This is just an informational post. The westside is back up on fiber after Lumen finally repaired their equipment. We switched off the backup circuit late last night. If needed, you may still reach out to LCWA at (800) 536-6149 or [email protected]

Lumen has ordered a part to repair our westside fiber circuit. It will apparently take a day to arrive. The backup circuit should be up and more stable now. More information will be posted if Lumen changes the ticket.

The Lumen fiber connection for the westside of the network went down earlier this evening and we're on our backup circuit. They typically fix these issues quickly and we'll post more information if the repair is delayed.
