You know what?

Live is amazing. It can be anything you want it to be.

Hyrox 2025 inspired me to write again.✍️

I’ve always viewed the game of life like sports. Yes I’m in the 3rd quarter.
In a space of the game where you don’t let negative things affect you.
You just keep moving forward in a positive manner with the mindset to win!

These are the legacy years. It’s not about material possessions it’s about energy that flows.

The positive emotions that flow will continue with my Mary and Children.

For now though still here and more present than ever.

This next chapter is going to bigger and better …. Stacking Days 🧱
