Updated 12:16pm-- 6-05-24-- Animals up for adoption at Santa Barbara Humane.

Khloe is a firm believer in the power of a good napThis sweet 11-year-old Chihuahua believes that the key to happiness is taking some time to treat yourself to some midday zzzs. Of course, there's more to Khloe than her love of naps. This lovely girl also enjoys going for walks and spending time with her people. Because Khloe loves being the center of attention, she would be happiest as the only animal in a home. If you like naps as much as Khloe does, please consider coming to our Santa Barbara campus to meet her! We are open for walk-in adoptions from 12-4:30 PM every day of the week except Wednesdays.

Leo

It may be Gemini season, but today, we are all about Leo. Of course, we're talking about this handsome two-year-old cat who is named Leo. Leo is a very sweet, cuddly, and affectionate boy who seems to love pretty much everyone, including other cats, dogs, and small kids. He is available for adoption now at our Santa Maria campus! Interested in adopting Leo? We are open for walk-in adoptions from 12 to 4:30 PM every day of the week except Wednesdays.

Updated 5:47pm-- 5-15-24-- It is with a heavy heart that I announce that KUHL Radio will be going off the air permanently likely in a few weeks. Our current owner has decided to step away and was unable to find someone to buy the radio station. I was on the air here for 33 years and I will miss the station terribly. I still plan to remain on the air until our last day of broadcast which may be around Memorial Day weekend. Thanks to our listeners for the many years of support. Thanks to all the amazing guests we had on the show. I am still looking for my next opportunity on air hopefully in Santa Maria. For now I will continue providing news on AM 1290 KZSB in Santa Barbara and hope to be on NPR in the Santa Ynez Valley very soon. The Benz Jamz mobile DJ business also will continue entertaining crowds up and down the central coast.
