If you are a caregiver, PLEASE CLEAN your client's fingernails with a soft brush (like a child's tooth brush). Brush out from underneath the free edge, walls, and cuticles of nails. doing this daily during bath, after meals, or whenever will help prevent dysentery from f***l matter, dead skin from scratching and food getting impacted under and in the walls of the nails.

Please turn your loved one's socks inside out before laundering. Check for "pills," loose threads, and rough seams. More often than not, especially with 250,000 sweat glands, socks will be dirtier on the inside than out, taking flaky skin into consideration.

Most of my clients only need foot care every 2-4 months as needed. Here are pics of a new client today, who, at 85, doesn't remember when they were last done, only that they hurt! Nails were so long she was walking on them! Before and after pictures. She was so happy to be able to walk without pain.

Please please please! Keep your loved one's facial hair and eyebrows trimmed! Women should not have beards and mustaches, men do not need a hairy animal on their eyebrows! Keep nose and ear hairs trimmed too!
