🚨 A massive warehouse fire in Tracy, CA destroyed a 1-million-square-foot building this June — and it turns out the sprinkler system had passed inspection just months before.

When the fire broke out, the system never turned on. No injuries, thankfully, but the building was a total loss.

It's a good reminder for any business or property owner: passing an inspection doesn't always mean your system will work when it counts. Things like fire pumps and water pressure need to be checked more often than once a year.
