We’re looking for savvy, hungry, highly ethical/trustworthy marketer to join our team. This person will be in charge of developing strategies and rapidly and iteratively implement them to drive conversion for our projects and clients.

Our company, The Mode, is a premium, strategic design company. We work with clients in the US and other locations to help very strategically and methodically design brands, websites, and presentations while also consulting them on sales/marketing strategy. We've fortunately earned a very strong reputation in the market that we're very proud of.

Requirements:
Extremely fast moving and hustly, endless hustle on a day-in and day-out basis
Extreme reliability; we need people who are on-time, reliable, and have extremely high ethics
Incredible attention to detail: no errors, tremendous care
Savvyness about targeting, positioning and measurement
Gritty: able not just to strategize but both execute and creatively find resources to drive us to results
Tremendous organization: you know how to have tremendously organized spreadsheets, documents, and detail with everything you do
Excitement to grow: you want to grow and find a team that you can grow with into the future; this is not just a short-term opportunity for you

Overall Compensation and Opportunity:
Base compensation of $800 to start with total compensation with bonuses $1400+/month as you progress
Promotional pathways upon development

We’re not going to sugarcoat it, we need someone who’s extremely passionate about helping brands grow on LinkedIn and other social media channels while always looking at the bigger picture: making an impact and making money.

What we need: Someone who’s extremely communicative, and handles information sharing to a T. Someone who is extremely well-organized and understands the needs and nuances of effective project planning and ex*****on. A team player who always brings it no matter what complex situation needs solving.

Proven track record in fast-paced marketing environments.
Deep knowledge of digital and social media trends.

Use analytics for real-time strategy tweaks, ensuring constant progress and agile adaptation.
Spearhead collaborative efforts for a unified and dynamic marketing front.

If you’re not accounting for the fact that your audience may need a different presentation ‘content density,’ then you may be missing what you can control.

The amount of words or elements you place on your slide should be predominantly guided by the manner in which your deck is ‘ingested.’

Are you presenting the deck yourself ➡️ Take a low-density approach
