Signature Filing or www.signaturefiling.com, is an online filing service that allows people to file corporations, limited liability companies ("LLCs") and DBAs or Fictitious Business Name Statements, with the appropriate authorities. While it is not the cheapest way to accomplish said filings, it offers ease of filing to its 20,000 customers a year.
The company is based in Norwalk, Santa Monica and Sacramento. It specializes in California filings, but does filings in all 50 US States and Puerto Rico.
DBAs must be published in California, New York and some other states. Signature Filing eases this with a one fee, one submission based service.
The company has recently allowed people to file legal documents in partnership with DocuSign.
