I was both.. under charging as a salon owner AND too nervous to do something about it. UNTIL… I went broke, was working 6 days a week, had zero profit margin, was in debt, and was freaking exhausted..

I was fortunate to turn my business around to making 17-23% profit and get out of debt (which took me 5-6 years) it was a long hard road. So I get it. It’s scary.
