My customer was experiencing constant primary and secondary fire alarm trips. Resetting the system every half hour. Called the phone company, the tech went on the roof, and immediately determined it was in my customers wiring. He called me to fix it… my customers inside wiring was fine, but the phone company’s facilities were a disaster. As usual...🙄 So, I did their work for them. The tech probably didn’t know how anyway. I had to totally dis-assemble the protector, cut-off all of the cable ends, strip it back for some fresh wire, and rebuild it. Took 4hrs. Good as new. It’s no wonder the phone company is practically defunct nowadays. It’s fine with me, I’m happy to have the work!
