Life is a game and a game worth playing well!
How do you play the game with ease?
Set up habits & systems.
I use tools and systems to help me manage myself, my business, and my home.
Some of them include but aren't limited to:
1. Meditation - it's a keystone habit that leads to better habits. If I meditate, I sleep better; when I sleep better, I make better decisions.
2. The Green Lens - This is a fantastic tool I learned from . It's a tool that helps me focus my energy because I'm looking at the person I am collaborating with as a hero, whole and complete, a person who deserves to be treated with dignity and respect.
3. Gratitude Protocol Writing in my journal twice a day (morning and evening) and feeling gratefulness is key. My favorite journal is the 5 Minute Journal and Productivity Sheets by Intelligent Change
4. The Forgiveness Protocol Letting go of the energy of anger and hurt through a forgiveness meditation (again, something I learned from Dr Maria Nemeth) is an important tool to keep you in the game and a luminous life.
