Hello, I'm Katy Hoagland, a passionate entrepreneur and soulful business leader with a proven track record of driving remarkable growth. During of my most recent endeavor, I have played a pivotal role in the success of a virtual start-up coaching business, catapulting its growth from $1M to $10M in 3.5 years. Starting as a breakthrough strategist in 2016, running in depth 1:1 consultations with en

trepreneurs worldwide, I generated the business over $1M in my first year. I then grew and lead the sales division, mentoring other high ticket breakthrough strategists to sell with integrity, grace and lots of love. Recognizing my potential, I was promoted to a director position, where I honed my leadership skills and fostered a high-performing team. After moving from Los Angeles to Fort Lauderdale to start the physical location for the business, I was promoted to the leadership team and shortly after, we hit the $10M mark in 2019. As I embraced my role as a leader, I became deeply committed to ensuring client satisfaction and building enduring partnerships. I continued on to pursue my passion for helping entrepreneurs making around $1M annually, scale their online coaching and consulting businesses without compromising client satisfaction or company culture. Currently, I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and expertise with members of my mastermind group. On a weekly basis, we meet virtually and I provide comprehensive support on their sales, mindset, follow up systems, and sustainable growth. With a holistic approach, I help Coaches navigate challenges and unlock their full potential, so they can enroll more aligned clients that retain, renew, and refer. My coaching framework lies in empowering businesses to grow with integrity and a solid foundation for long-term sustainability. How do you earn your future client's trust and respect?

Stephen Covey is a leader and author that has made a massive impact on my personal and professional journey in sales.

As someone who is always striving for excellence and high achievement...I tend to overthink things...imagine that lol. Can you relate?

But I've found that once we get out of our heads and start to put our intentions on understanding others, first and foremost...we unlock magic.

One of the most simple but impactful quotes.

So after reading Stephen's book, 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, I got out of my own way and developed a simplified way to:
- connect with people on a deeper level,
- learn more about their deeper rooted needs,
- earn their trust and respect (within 1 hour),
- and empower their decision making process, to align with the best solutions for their goals.

I do this through empathetic listening and asking the right questions. I'll be sharing some of the "right questions" to ask during a sales consultation on my Sales Masterclass kicking off on Feb 6th.

✔️ Brace for the mental grind – it's a sign you're doing it right!
✔️ Develop a daily relaxation ritual to recharge.
✔️ Big money, big responsibility – set up that budget & tax plan.
✔️Your professional growth will be a reflection of your personal growth. Overcome your fears, get uncomfortable, invest in yourself to help others do the same.
✔️ Get emotionally invested in your prospect's journey. They are likely looking to you to believe in them more than they believe in themselves.
✔️ Be compassionately consistent. Following-up shows you truly care. Don't give up! Your future clients are counting on you.
