Malolactic fermentation produces some genuinely great wines. 🍷
The rich, buttery style it creates has a loyal following, and there's nothing wrong with that. Most people just don't know the other style exists.
AJA's Chardonnay skips it entirely. Persimmon, lemon, citrus, caramel. No butter.
