Scott Ormerod launched Leap Solutions in 1998 with a vision to help organizations grow through creative thinking, strong values, and people-centered leadership. Over the years, he’s walked alongside clients and our team through the many ups and downs of business and life, always encouraging curiosity, courage, and growth.

Last week we gathered at Stark's to celebrate Scott’s retirement as he transitions from Principal to the role of Senior Consultant and Executive Coach. The evening was filled with stories, laughter, and so much gratitude for the many ways he has impacted our lives and the lives of those around him. We were reminded just how much the culture he has built continues to shape our team.
