Vin De Paille, or "straw w**e," is one of the sweetest w**es we ever bottled. Unlike other w**es, this Vin De Paille requires dehydrating Pinot Gris grapes before juicing, increasing their sugar levels & creating a sun-kissed flavor.

Although we have long since sold out on our last vintage of our beloved dessert w**e, who knows what the future may hold?

Once upon a time, Gewürztraminer was a staple for w**eries in the Russian River Valley. And why not? Temperate days, cool nights and heavy fog all make a w**e that effortlessly maintains an impressive weight while balanced with a nice touch of acidity, and deftly managed tannins that lend length to the finish.

We hope to share a sip with you sometime soon at our Tasting Room - https://www.ballettovineyards.com/shop/?view=product&slug=2024_Gewurztraminer
