IBA Hosts Appreciation Lunch for CBP Officers

On April 24, the IBA proudly organized and secured sponsorship for a special appreciation lunch honoring the dedicated Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officers and support staff at the Santa Teresa Port of Entry.

To accommodate their demanding schedules, meals were served at both 11:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., ensuring as many team members as possible could participate. In total, more than 80 CBP officers and staff were served.

This gesture recognized the vital role CBP personnel play in supporting the trade community and keeping border operations running efficiently every day.

IBA speaks at New Mexico Transcon Conference

On April 22, Jerry Pacheco, Executive Director of International Business Accelerator (IBA), was a featured speaker at the New Mexico Transcon Conference held at the Las Cruces Convention Center.

During his presentation, Pacheco highlighted the rapid industrial growth transforming New Mexico’s border region, with a special focus on key developments underway in the Santa Teresa industrial base.
