Completed in 2004 after five years of meticulous construction, the 8,500-square-foot Sunstone Villa was built entirely from reclaimed French materials.

Limestone from historic châteaux in Provence, Normandy, and the Loire Valley. Wood beams and roof tiles from a 19th-century lavender factory in Avignon.
