In celebration of Women's History Month, CED Yankee is proud to highlight the achievements of the talented women within our division. Our first featured woman is Andrea Boon from our Saranac Lake location!

"Andrea Boon joined CED in our Saranac Lake location in 2022. She began her career with CED by learning the ins and outs of the warehouse and counter sales. She caught on very quickly with all the different parts because she also worked part-time with her father, who is a general contractor and electrician. Her father shared his knowledge of general contracting and electrical work, so she was well-versed in electrical parts when she started with CED. Andrea graduated from Hudson Valley Community College with an associate degree in electrical construction maintenance in May 2019. From there, she worked in the field full-time with her father and later started a part-time job with CED. Andrea plans to move into a full-time position in May 2024, taking over the accounts payable role, continuing with inside sales, and filling in within the warehouse and delivering as needed."
