This is a bittersweet but exciting step. While Randy and I will be stepping away from ownership, the heartbeat of Seaglass — our incredible team — isn’t going anywhere. They’ll continue to serve you with the same care, commitment, and love you’ve come to know, now with even more resources and support through BNBBreeze.

We’re so grateful for every guest, homeowner, and friend who has walked this journey with us. It’s been one of the greatest joys of our lives to build this with you.

If you’ve ever heard laughter echoing down the hallway during an inspection—it’s probably Caroline. She’s been with our Seaglass family for almost a year now, and she’s the fabulous leader of our Quality Care Team.

From wrangling supply lists to giving feedback that somehow feels like a compliment wrapped in a pep talk, Caroline does it all with grace, grit, and a side of sass. She keeps our standards high while still making sure there are smiles on everyone’s faces—even during the on-going drag of the sheet inventory process. 🙌
