⚪️ How long have you been a certified personal trainer?
I have been a trainer for a little over a year and a half.

⚪️ How would your clients describe your style of training?
I am all about helping my clients achieve their goals and teaching them how to live a healthier lifestyle long term. It is one thing to tell a client how to get there and another to teach, explain and show it to them while building long term healthy habits along the way. And having fun and enjoying yourself is just as important!

⚪️ What do you take into consideration when customizing a workout plan to an individual?
Everyone is unique! I take into consideration my clients level of experience, abilities, previous injuries, preferences, and their goals.

⚪️ What is your favorite hobby?
Weight lifting

⚪️ What is your favorite motivational book/movie, and why?
“Can’t Hurt Me” by David Goggins. This book helped motivate me to push myself outside of my comfort zone to achieve my goals.

⚪️ What is your favorite thing about premier personal fitness?
My favorite thing about Premier Personal Fitness is getting to work with my clients to help them become the best version of themselves.
