Remote therapeutic monitoring is a tool that benefits the patient, the therapist, and the clinic’s profit

There is more than one effective way to implement RTM in your practice, and in these early stages learning how other owners are doing it is the fastest way to success

On the next Beyond the Treatment Table we’ll discuss the operations side, hearing from practice owners who have a designated point person, have each therapist manage their own caseload, and custom combinations of these approaches

Join us on May 28th at 1pm ET

This event is best for clinics who accept insurance, although it is open to everyone involved in Private Practice (write n/a in the member ID box when registering)

You may have seen the workforce data reports, or heard someone talk about the shortage of PTs online. Where we want to focus is on what is in our control to influence the predictions that come from these reports.

Is the shortage really predestined to continue? Tara Jo Manal is leading the discussion around modifiable factors and calling us all forward to innovate our care models.

Sharon Dunn is planning to address the debt to income ratio and the Big Beautiful Bill categorization.

If you’re fed up with seeing our profession dragged online, and you’d like to take a proactive approach, join us on the next Beyond the Treatment Table.

We’ll be dissecting this data and planning together how to best use it to grow your practice, and positively impact the future of the profession.

I went out on my own for the same reason you’re considering it, I wanted to have control over how I treat.

The length of the session, the schedule, the price, the specialty, who I referred to (without pressure).

When I signed my 500 sq ft lease, everyone told me the space was too small for a physical therapy clinic.

I wasn’t thinking far enough to consider anyone wanting to work alongside me.

I was in survival mode. Burnt out from false promises, moving yard sticks, and absent communication.

It was my dream job, and I could’ve grown inside that business if I had support. I think about this every time I make changes in my practice, consider how I felt without transparency, and do my best to provide the stability that would have made me stay.

Eight years later we have two 500 sq ft clinics that six full time therapists share, supported by a full time remote administrative assistant, and a full time director of operations helping me manage it all.

More than enough room for all of our big picture dreams to grow inside this practice together.
