Diversified Construction Safety, Inc. is seeking an experienced Construction Safety Consultant / OSHA Outreach Trainer to join our team.

This position is ideal for a seasoned safety professional who enjoys working directly with construction clients, conducting site inspections, delivering OSHA training, and helping organizations maintain safe and compliant job sites.

Responsibilities Include:

✅ Construction site safety inspections and audits
✅ Accident and incident investigations
✅ OSHA compliance consulting and support
✅ Client relationship management
✅ Safety program development and implementation
✅ Conducting OSHA 10-Hour and OSHA 30-Hour Construction courses
✅ Delivering client-specific safety training programs

Qualifications:

✔ Current OSHA Outreach Trainer authorization for Construction Industry training
✔ Ability to teach OSHA 10- and 30-Hour Construction courses
✔ Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety standards
✔ Experience conducting site inspections, audits, and incident investigations
✔ Excellent communication and presentation skills
✔ Ability to work independently and manage multiple client projects

Position Details:

📍 Based in Florida
🚗 Travel required throughout Florida, including Tampa Bay, Southwest Florida, South Florida, and Central Florida
📋 Independent Contractor (1099) Position
