Can you believe we’re already in the summer of 2026? ☀️

EH2O has been keeping busy, and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Right now, I have several Business Managers at different stages of their journeys, each with their own goals, challenges, and opportunities. That’s one of the things I love most about what I do; no two paths are the same.

⚓️ One is learning the foundations of F&I before their dealership brings the department in-house.
⚓️ One is transitioning from the RV industry into marine.
⚓️ Another came from the automotive world and is adapting their experience to boating.
⚓️ One stepped into a Business Manager role straight out of college.
⚓️ Another is expanding their product offerings and refining their presentation process.
⚓️ One is focused on performance tracking and accountability to ensure they’re hitting their goals.
⚓️ Another is learning how to properly structure deals, analyze approvals, and select the right lender.

And that’s just the beginning.

Every Business Manager and every dealership I partner with has different needs, and I take pride in being there every step of the way whether that’s coaching, training, troubleshooting, strategizing, or simply being a sounding board.

There are several exciting projects in the works behind the scenes, but my priority will always be the dealers and Business Managers who trust me to help them grow.

Thank you to all of the dealers, managers, lenders, providers, and industry partners who continue to support EH2O. I truly love what I do, and when you’re passionate about helping others succeed, the time flies by.

Working alongside Business Managers is only part of the process. I also partner closely with Sales Managers to help ensure the transaction flows smoothly from beginning to end.

A strong sales-to-F&I process creates better customer experiences, stronger communication, fewer delays, and ultimately more opportunities for the dealership as a whole.

During a recent dealer visit, I had the chance to spend time with the sales team which I don’t always get the opportunity to do. Most of my work is with Business Managers, but the reality is simple: no sales = no deals, and no deals = no opportunity in F&I. It ALL starts with the sales team. That’s why getting everyone aligned, from the first conversation to the final paperwork, makes such a big difference.

Please help me welcome the newest Business Manager to the EH2O crew, Erik!

Erik has been part of the family for quite some time, wearing many hats from supporting the boat club to helping with the administrative side of closing operations. His customer service skills are exceptional, and if there’s a problem to solve, Erik is the one you want in your corner.

We are still in the preliminary stages of his new role as Business Manager, and he is already off to a great start. His dedication, positive attitude, and commitment to both the team and customers make him a perfect fit for continued success.

I’m so excited to help Erik grow in this new position and continue being a part of Parker Marine’s phenomenal growth. Big things ahead! 🚤💙
