Can you believe we’re already in the summer of 2026? ☀️
EH2O has been keeping busy, and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
Right now, I have several Business Managers at different stages of their journeys, each with their own goals, challenges, and opportunities. That’s one of the things I love most about what I do; no two paths are the same.
⚓️ One is learning the foundations of F&I before their dealership brings the department in-house.
⚓️ One is transitioning from the RV industry into marine.
⚓️ Another came from the automotive world and is adapting their experience to boating.
⚓️ One stepped into a Business Manager role straight out of college.
⚓️ Another is expanding their product offerings and refining their presentation process.
⚓️ One is focused on performance tracking and accountability to ensure they’re hitting their goals.
⚓️ Another is learning how to properly structure deals, analyze approvals, and select the right lender.
And that’s just the beginning.
Every Business Manager and every dealership I partner with has different needs, and I take pride in being there every step of the way whether that’s coaching, training, troubleshooting, strategizing, or simply being a sounding board.
There are several exciting projects in the works behind the scenes, but my priority will always be the dealers and Business Managers who trust me to help them grow.
