Think moving into a higher tax bracket means ALL your income gets taxed at that higher rate? Think again. 👀

This is one of the most common tax misconceptions we hear.

If you move into the 32% tax bracket, you don’t suddenly pay 32% on every dollar you earn.

Tax brackets are marginal—which means only the dollars that fall into the higher bracket are taxed at that higher rate. The dollars below it are still taxed at the lower rates.

And that distinction matters when you're making decisions about:

💰 Roth conversions
📈 Retirement income
🏦 RMDs
❤️ Charitable giving
📊 Your overall tax strategy
