We are looking for a certified ServSafe Instructor and Exam Proctor for the Miami/Dade and Florida Panhandle markets.

Bilingual, English/Spanish is an advantage. This is a part-time contractor position that offers 4 – 10 assignments per month, including ServSafe Manager, Florida Food Handler, and Responsible Alcohol Service classes. Strong Hospitality Industry work experience is required, as is experience facilitating training sessions. Certifications are preferred, but we can certify qualified Instructors if necessary.

FSA Training’s 4-hour food manager course will provide you with the knowledge to handle food safely, keep your customers safe and pass the ServSafe exam. Your certification will be valid for five years in FL and can be earned in one day!

A word about our Covid-19 mask policy in our classes:

We have followed the CDC’s guidelines for wearing masks, social distancing, and proper sanitizing of all surfaces since first released. On Thursday, May 13, the CDC released new guidelines that masks are no longer necessary, indoors or out, for fully-vaccinated individuals (Pfizer, 2 doses; Moderna, 2 doses; and J&J/Janssen, 1 dose).

While we are pleased with this new determination, the fact is that several dozen attendees have already registered into our June classes, possibly made comfortable by our mask policy. For this reason, FSATraining Inc. has decided to continue with our policy that masks are required through the month of June.

Beginning with our first classes in July, masks will no longer be required for fully-vaccinated attendees.
