This week, we're featuring a communications professional whose passion centers on creating a world where people feel seen, valued and like they belong.

As Communications Manager for Equality Florida, Jennifer combines a love of storytelling with a commitment to fostering understanding, amplifying diverse voices and building stronger, more inclusive communities. Her work focuses on sharing stories that create connection, inspire empathy and help people feel represented.

After transitioning from journalism to public relations in 2022, FPRA became a source of mentorship, professional growth and community. Through leadership opportunities, professional development and meaningful relationships, FPRA helped strengthen both her communications skills and leadership journey.
