**TOP PAY BASED ON EXPERIENCE**

We are seeking a full-time service technician for commercial refrigeration with 3+ years experience (preferred). We service commercial facilities and restaurants in the Manatee/Sarasota region. Company vehicle, uniforms, and work phone provided. Clean driving record required. Pay is based on experience with some overtime required based on volume of service. Regular schedule Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM with on-call rotation for after hours service.

Job Description:
-Must be able to diagnose, repair, maintain, and install commercial refrigeration equipment, which includes; walk-in coolers or freezers, reach-in refrigeration, ice machines, wine room refrigeration systems, etc.
-Complete daily paperwork according to company procedures.
-Be able to effectively communicate with customer and office regarding status of repairs.
-Be responsible for work vehicle and tools, stocking van with required parts.
-Must be able to do their weekly on-call rotation in accordance to schedule provided by office.

Benefits Available:
-After one year of employment - 1 week of paid vacation time. After two years of employment - 2 weeks of paid vacation time.
-Employer pays 50% of health insurance to employee.
-Employer paid life insurance.
-Dental and Vision insurance available.
-Holiday pay.
