Here's a common problem that is easily avoided. What comes out of the back of a saw while cutting tile, steel, granite or anything else can damage nearby glass. These panels were peppered with impacts. They now need replaced, as most of the impacts are embedded with metal, that melted into the glass too deeply to restore without significantly distorting the glass.
