or did they leave with clarity?

A lot of professionals spend so much energy trying to sound smart, polished, and prepared that they forget the real goal of communication:

✔️Connection. Trust. Direction.

Try these two questions instead:

❓What do you think the next step is?
❓What questions do you still have?

Try this in your next meeting:

“What’s your next step?”

It will tell you everything you need to know.

“Be more strategic” isn’t direction. It’s a guess, and it can waste everyone’s time.

And when people have to guess…
they some times move forward anyway. Just not the way you expected.

Clear leaders don’t talk more. They make it easier for people to get it right the first time.
