Bottom line = We take care of your property as your Father would IF he lived down the street. WHO WE ARE? We are two lifetime Saratoga Residents & VETS. We both hold degrees. We do NOT suffer nonsense at all . We do NOT accept "kick backs" for services performed on behalf of our employers (you)! And quite simply - We take care of your property as your father would if he lived in Town. We are skilled in visitation of your property, making recommendations, FIXING easy tasks, and reporting to you. Our rates are great for the services we provide. TWO LEVELS OF SERVICE:
*Standard = We visit and report findings. Two random visits a month, with notifications as required.
* Enhanced = 4 visits per month with reporting & basic remediation/handiman service for minor household services/repairs. Will also coordinate the hiring of local contractors for major repairs. Also includes emergency response for major impact situations. Details are in our Statement of Performance Agreement.
