The challenge starts with self-awareness—understanding what fuels your energy and what drains it. We all have different rhythms throughout the day, and different conditions that help us get into flow—that state where time flies and we finish feeling more energized than when we started.
The key is recognizing what that looks like for you.

Your challenge is to begin identifying the patterns, environments, and times of day that support your flow. Then, intentionally create space for it in your calendar. Protect that time. Design your day in a way that allows your energy to build, not deplete.
